Now that the weather is starting to slightly transition and the evenings are getting that bit brighter, I think it’s time to start ditching the heavy thick jumper and swap them for blouses. It’s a look I have been rocking for work over the past couple of weeks.
Find out below to see where I picked up this really cute shirt and what I teamed it with.

This has been a long over due post, and there hasn’t been an awful lot I have been loving, mainly because the weather hasn’t been that great over here in good old blight. But I also think it’s that time of year where everything starts transitioning from Summer to Autumn and there isn’t an awful lot of great things out there. I did manage to put some of my favourite things from August into a post. Have a read below to see what I have been loving:

It’s that time of the year where all the lovely spring pieces have started to take over everyone’s wardrobe and it’s great as everyone starts to feel cheery! I may have gone overboard with my shopping this month but there were some lovely pieces that I had been lusting over and some staples that I’ve needed in my wardobe. I did a little shop in River Island and ASOS, to see what I bought have a little look below:

At the end of every month I always treat myself to some new pieces for my wardrobe, I mean who doesn’t? Who doesn’t struggle from having no money and finding loads of pieces you wish you could buy but you can’t, well luckily River Island have some lovely everyday pieces that are easy to wear to work. So I managed to pick up a few things and I have listed them below!
From my little shopping spree in River Island I did manage to spend a small fortune (my poor bank account! I did, however, manage to find a couple of the perfect pieces to transition my wardrobe from winter to spring.

It’s a new year with a new favourites post. This month has been super busy with work so I’ve felt like I haven’t had much time with blogging but that will be changing this month. Here are a few of my favourite things from the bleak depressing month of January.
Kiko Vivid Colour Lipstick Pencil – I had been struggling to find the perfect nude colour, that was until I stepped foot into Kiko Milano. The store is like make-up heaven, with really reasonable prices! I have been loving the colour 01 from their vivid colour lipstick range, its the perfect nude colour. Not too pale to blend into your skin tone, and has not got a orange undertone. Really reasonable price as well at the moment at £1.70 in the sale! Unfortunately it is sold out online but is available instore!

Today’s Outfit of the Day! Seeing as the cold snap has finally hit the UK, I thought it would be perfect to wear this comfy polo neck jumper from River Island. I bought it in a size 8 but it comes up a little big, so it’s a good oversized knitted jumper! I teamed it with these jeans from Topshop. They are the Baxter Slim Leg Jean, a perfect alternative for a relaxed skinny. Something that is still fitted but not to tight. Roll the hem and your good to go for a casual relaxed look! And finally the shoes! The shoes I am wearing are from River Island last year so they are no longer in stock 🙁 but here is an alternative for the perfect plimsoll! They are also from River Island and can be perfect under jeans!
Jumper, River Island – £34.00
Jeans, Topshop – £40.00
Shoes, River Island – £24.00
Let me know what your perfect comfy causal Sunday look is!
