Today’s post is going back to what I love most, style posts, and today it’s all about the slogan tee.
The slogan tee is the one item that every girl has in their wardrobe at the moment, whether it’s one that’s a fashion statement or is a relatable quote. It’s a staple t-shirt that can be worn either dress up or dressed down.
I have put together a post that captures that transition of wearing it during the day, whether you wear it running around or as part of your casual work outfit and then as part of your evening outfit, whether it’s for a date or cocktails with the girls.

When it comes to travelling, I prefer to travel in something that is comfortable yet stylish and I felt this outfit was perfect choice! Especially when you are on a long haul flight you want comfort but something that still makes you not only look great but also feel great, because everyone knows how rubbish you feel after a flight.
Read more below to see where I picked up these pieces!
GIRL NEXT DOOR Slogan T-Shirt (SOLD OUT) – If you follow my blog you may have spotted this in my Spring Haul post. I’m a sucker for a slogan tee and this one is fun for the summer! It’s now no longer on the Zara Website but if your lucky you might find it in one of their stores.
Frayed Hem Jeans (£29.99) – These jeans were also featured in my Spring Haul Post. Everyone knows that ripped hem jeans are a major fashion trend for this Spring/Summer, and these ones are super comfortable! They make a great travelling jean due to the elasticity in the denim. These are ones that I definitely recommend!
The shoes are the infamous Prada dupes that Primark have been selling. I was lucky enough to pick up a pair and they are great for going through the airport when you are going to a hot country. At £8.00 they are ridiculously cheap in comparison to the Prada ones which retail at over £500.00. They look perfect under jeans or under shorts!
Hope you enjoyed this post!
What are you favourite go to looks for when your travelling?
Now that the weather is starting to slightly transition and the evenings are getting that bit brighter, I think it’s time to start ditching the heavy thick jumper and swap them for blouses. It’s a look I have been rocking for work over the past couple of weeks.
Find out below to see where I picked up this really cute shirt and what I teamed it with.

I haven’t done one of these posts in a long time! Mainly because so much has happened that I didn’t feel inspired to write a good enough post and mainly because towards the end of last year there weren’t that many things I was loving!
Never-less, I feel that a favorite’s post is a great way to get back into the swing of blogging again and I have a lot more things I have been loving!

The old school vintage inspired american trend is hot right now and combine it with the 90’s comeback of the chokers and hoops, it’s the people are rocking right now. I picked up a great jumper online and rocked it with a dark lip to give it a vampy winter vibe.
Read below the too see where I picked up this jumper and how I dressed it down for the casual everyday look suitable for work or a day trip with the girls.

At the end of every month I always treat myself to some new pieces for my wardrobe, I mean who doesn’t? Who doesn’t struggle from having no money and finding loads of pieces you wish you could buy but you can’t, well luckily River Island have some lovely everyday pieces that are easy to wear to work. So I managed to pick up a few things and I have listed them below!
From my little shopping spree in River Island I did manage to spend a small fortune (my poor bank account! I did, however, manage to find a couple of the perfect pieces to transition my wardrobe from winter to spring.

Today’s Outfit of the Day! Seeing as the cold snap has finally hit the UK, I thought it would be perfect to wear this comfy polo neck jumper from River Island. I bought it in a size 8 but it comes up a little big, so it’s a good oversized knitted jumper! I teamed it with these jeans from Topshop. They are the Baxter Slim Leg Jean, a perfect alternative for a relaxed skinny. Something that is still fitted but not to tight. Roll the hem and your good to go for a casual relaxed look! And finally the shoes! The shoes I am wearing are from River Island last year so they are no longer in stock 🙁 but here is an alternative for the perfect plimsoll! They are also from River Island and can be perfect under jeans!
Jumper, River Island – £34.00
Jeans, Topshop – £40.00
Shoes, River Island – £24.00
