It’s come to that time now that fashion month is over, where we all start wondering what did we do before then? I will miss pondering through the Vogue Runway app, seeing who’s dropped what. But although it’s over I put together my favourite collections from the last two cities, Milan & Paris.
Milan certainly didn’t disappoint with every collection different in their own way but similar in many others.
Karl Lagerfeld didn’t disappoint with this stripe filled collection filled with neutral tones is one that will be a key feature in the fashion world. Feminine silhouettes that tuck in at the waist giving definition, something that is very rare when it comes to stripes. Not only were the clothes the talking point but also the bags. Small and compact which is something everyone seems to be loving lately.

It was the last week of fashion month and it ends in Paris, one of the great cities in the world and a great place to end fashion month! There have been a lot collections that haven’t really been great for next season, especially in Milan, some of them ended up being a hot mess. But Paris has pulled out all the stops to help create the trend for next season!

Welcome back to London Alexander McQueen, we have missed the presence of one Britain’s greatest labels at London Fashion Week and I now feel fashion week is great once again. Sarah Burton’s debut London collection one was of awe and absolutely mesmerising. With a fitted structure, thanks to the corsets, and the use of detail whether it was the beaded embellishment or the intricate use of lace, this collection was truly whimsical 😍
