I can’t quite believe how fast this year is going already. We are already 3 months into the year and Easter has been and gone. Although I can say I am more than excited for summer, after this awful dragged on winter we have had!
With that, there have been a few things that I have been loving over the past month, some that make me long for summer and some that have been introduced in my beauty regime.

I can’t believe it’s that time of the month where the favourites post come out. Although January has felt like it dragged on forever, I’m glad the nights are getting darker later. That only means one thing, summer’s on it’s way.
January is definitely the broke month, especially after the Christmas and New Year. With that not many purchases have been made, but a lot of old favourites have been re-discovered.

It’s been a while writing this post but mainly blogging in general! I started to have a love hate relationship with this, blogging felt like it was becoming more of a chore than writing about what I actually loved! I decided that I wanted to come back and make more content that I actually enjoy writing, that’s when I thought there was no better way than to start back up with an October Favourites!

When in the US, it would be a crime not to have a trip to Sephora. With that I may have definitely spent more than I had intended to, but walking into Sephora is like walking into toy store as a kid, you want everything!
I have put all my purchases into a post, read below to see what I picked up:
Having dyed my hair many many times over the years, and put a lot of heat to it with straighteners, it’s no surprise that it’s not like it was when I was a kid. I think it’s mainly from the over-straightening of my curly hair as a teenager, one that I have come to massively regret and when I have a daughter I will make sure she doesn’t touch her hair!
But having straightened it so much it’s become a bit flat. Well that was until I discovered the Percy & Reed volumising range. It’s the perfect range to give you that salon finish byt leaving your hair silky, volumized and ready to take on the world before you.
I haven’t done one of these posts in a long time! Mainly because so much has happened that I didn’t feel inspired to write a good enough post and mainly because towards the end of last year there weren’t that many things I was loving!
