I can’t believe it’s that time of the month where the favourites post come out. Although January has felt like it dragged on forever, I’m glad the nights are getting darker later. That only means one thing, summer’s on it’s way.
January is definitely the broke month, especially after the Christmas and New Year. With that not many purchases have been made, but a lot of old favourites have been re-discovered.
The Ones that I have been loving the most have been put into this post, read below to see my top January Favourites for 2018.
- The first thing I have been loving throughout the whole of January is the Morphe 39A Dare to Create Palette. I honestly do not know what took me so long to get a Morphe palette but I’m glad I now have one! I got this as one of my Christmas Presents, and I think it’s definitely one of the coolest presents I got. With this palette you can create soo many different looks, as each sub section of 8 shades has at least 2 different looks. The shades a super pigmented, you don’t need to constantly dip the brush to get the eyeshadow and it is easily blendable. The glitter shades are great to!
- The second thing that I have been loving is the Victoria’s Secret Showtime Fragrance in Glam Angel. This was also another Christmas Present, it’s not a Christmas Present from my mum without a VS spray. She really love them as much as I do. This has recently become one of my favourite scents, it’s sweet musky scent. Not usually one for musky scents but this makes that a little different.
- No winter favourites would be complete without one of my favourite winter shades of a berry red. It can be quite tricky to find the shade that isn’t to red nor too dark, but I think I have found the perfect one that’s in between that. It’s the Essie Nail Lacquer in shade Fishnet Stockings. It’s a perfect deep red shade that is great for autumn/winter.
- The last beauty product that I have been loving is the Rimmel London Insta Fix & Matte Powder. It may look like it would turn your face pure white like a ghost but fear not the powder is translucent! It applies to your face completely clear so you wouldn’t need to worry about the excess unless you apply it heavy. It fixes all oily t-zones leaving you with a matte complexion. A definite make-up bag must have for oily skin.
How amazing are these Valentino dupes?! These are my January Favourite Fashion must have! The heel is the perfect height that it doesn’t kill your feet. They are from Lavish Luxe and are the Ayda Heel. At a fraction of the price of the original ones they are great dupes!
What have you been loving this January?
