PFW Favourites Part 3

Fashion month is now officially over. There have been so many lovely collections that have been debuted this month, it’s really hard to choose an ultimate favourite collection! It has paved the way for trends next summer; some trends being multi seasonal with the see now buy now being the start of a new path in fashion. Read below to see who I’ve been loving from the last couple of days:

VALENTINO

Pierpaolo Piccioli’s debut solo collection for Valentino is absolutely wonderful. It’s such a dreamy collection with the easy flow of floaty fabrics and gorgeous prints. I really love every piece!

JOHN GALLIANO

The John Galliano Collection for SS17 is one that I love! Bill Gaytten brought a modern twist to the 30’s slip dress style. The use of sheer fabric is one that is going to be a big trend next summer. I really like the use of layering in this collection.

GIAMBATTISTA VALLI

Giambattista Valli has created such a gorgeous collection! The whole underwear as outerwear is making it’s way through the seasons at the moment and it has been made elegant and chic by Giambattista Valli. I love every piece!

ALEXANDER MCQUEEN

Sarah Burton you have done it again!!! This is such a gorgeous collection for Alexander McQueen, one I’m sure he will be proud of. The intricacy of the gowns in the latter of the collection is remarkable. It has a grungy-girlie element to it.

CHANEL

Karl Lagerfeld has brought Chanel to the technology era. With the set design inspired by a giant main frame computer and interactive bags. He has created a gorgeous collection with the classic Chanel tweed mixed with elements of digital print.

LOUIS VUITTON

Nicolas Ghesquiere has brought back the power of the 80’s with his SS17 collection for Louis Vuitton, and it’s one that works. He has modernized it with little cut outs and the us of sheer fabric. I love all the pieces within this collection.

Who were you favourites from the last couple of days at PFW? Let me know in the comments!
